Panels & Branded Booths

A significant part of my role involves educating audiences about the brand I represent, ensuring every interaction aligns with its core values and mission. Creating visually compelling, fully branded booths or panel presentations is essential to capturing attention and standing out at industry events. Once I’ve engaged the audience, I focus on delivering impactful messaging that communicates the brand’s purpose while driving product awareness and sales.

I’ve had the privilege of hosting and curating booth experiences at high-profile events such as Jill Zarin's Luxury Hamptons Luncheon, the Perfect Corp AI Conference, Attentive's Conference, and more. Most notably, I played a key role at Cosmoprof Bologna—one of the largest beauty expos in the world—where I contributed to activation setup, attendee engagement, decor sourcing, PR, buyer and influencer outreach, and on-site sales. Each activation is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful connections, elevate brand presence, and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
