Pop Up Shop

As part of my third anniversary at Beachwaver Co., I led the development and execution of our first-ever NYC pop-up shop. This immersive, high-energy experience was designed to bring the Beachwaver brand to life, engage with our community, celebrate beauty, and highlight the vibrancy of summer.

Throughout the planning and execution process, I directed and coordinated a 3-day immersive experience in Soho, featuring brand activations, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations. I also developed and managed the BeachRAVER activation, a bold and playful engagement that captured the essence of our brand identity. Additionally, I oversaw the VIP event, which included custom hair styling, media coverage, influencer participation, and live social engagement.

In parallel, I cultivated relationships with key sponsors and partners to elevate the event, contributing to its overall success and enhancing the experience.

Overall, I successfully drove brand visibility and engagement in a key market (NYC), creating a high-energy, fully branded experience. By tapping into essential team members, we generated significant media buzz and influencer-driven content, expanding Beachwaver's reach across social platforms. The event exceeded attendee expectations and reinforced the brand’s commitment to community engagement and creative innovation.

This milestone event marks a key moment in my journey with Beachwaver Co. and set a new standard for experiential marketing within the beauty industry. I’m proud of what we accomplished and excited for what's next.
